ü Youth Leadership of Oklahoma:
Ø Applications due December 1, 2011. JUNIORS ONLY.
Youth Leadership Oklahoma is an outstanding opportunity for students who have demonstrated a unique ability to lead others while making a significant impact upon their school and community. Each student selected will be awarded a full scholarship to our program and will benefit from the incredible programs, speakers, and events as this class bonds together and discovers the treasures of Oklahoma!

ü Oklahoma Youth Leadership Forum:

Ø Twenty-five juniors & seniors with disabilities are chosen to attend the annual Youth Leadership Forum in June at USAO in Chickasha, OK. This is a week-long leadership training program from high school juniors and seniors to assist in preparing them for life after high school.

Ø Have demonstrated leadership potential in their school and community

ü Upward Bound:
Ø Program designed to support and assist students into a successful transition to college. ACT preparation courses, summer programs, etc.

Ø OSSM is Oklahoma’s nationally recognized two-year science and math residential high school. No charge for tuition, room and board.

Ø Must have a 3.0 GPA and 20 ACT minimum.
ü KFC Colonel’s Scholars Program:

Ø Awards up to $20,000 for seniors who maintain cumulative GPA of 2.75, enroll in a public college, US citizen and demonstrate financial need.
ü NFIB Young Entrepreneur Foundation:

ü Oklahoma Junior Chamber International (JCI) Senate Club Scholarship:

ü Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC):

Ø Four year scholarship worth up to $180,000 covering full tuition, books, fees, uniforms and monthly stipend of $250.
Ø Upon graduation students enter the Navy as commissioned officers.

ü Gates Millennium Scholar Program:

Ø The award honors 1,000 students a good-through-graduation scholarship to use at any college or university of their choice. Students are provided personal and professional development through leadership programs along with academic support throughout their college career.
Ø Eligible Students: Must be African American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American or Hispanic American, Cumulative 3.3unweighted GPA, Demonstrate leadership through community service, extracurricular or other activities; Qualify for Federal Pell Grant,

ü Burger King Scholars:
